The GRI designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. You’ll increase your skill level across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. In this 30-hour section – GRI: Contracts to Closing Topics will include lending essentials, residential contracts, appraisals, surveys, negotiations, fair housing, and diversity

Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if notification is received by 11:59pm, 4 calendar days prior to the scheduled class. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded but may be applied to a future class.

This class will be taught virtually via Zoom Communications. You will have your choice to take this CE course from home or at the GMWAR office. Space is limited if you choose to take from the GMWAR office. In order to participate and receive CE for the courses you will need access to a laptop or computer with the capability of running a Zoom meeting with a microphone and camera, reliable internet service, access to the email address on file with the Association to send and retrieve course materials as PDFs and the ability to digitally save any course materials/evaluations to send back to GMWAR via email. These courses will be monitored by a GMWAR staff member to ensure attendance.
